Care
Make it last
Good care keeps the hair soft and full for longer. These are the basics we recommend for every texture.
Washing
Wash every 7 to 10 wears in cool water with a sulphate-free shampoo. Work from the ends up and never rub the lace.
Drying
Pat dry with a towel and let it air dry on a wig stand. Keep heat low and use a heat protectant when you style.
Curly textures
Detangle only when wet, with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. A light leave-in keeps the curl pattern defined.
Storage
Brush through, then lay it flat or loosely folded in the gold satin bag. Keep it out of direct sunlight.

Delivery
UK orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days. Free tracked delivery on orders over £150.
Returns
Unworn units with the lace uncut can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, worn or altered units can't be returned.
How long does it last?
With regular care, a unit can last 12 months or more.
Can I colour it?
Yes. Our hair is unprocessed, so it can be dyed or bleached. We recommend a professional colourist.
